A rewarding position working in a matrix environment across varied departments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineers to:

• Inspect, and Trouble shoot units

• Determine and document failure mode

• Determine and document resolution of failure

• Document failure analysis

• Coordinate, perform and document completion of re-work instructions

• Determine warranty status and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

• Work closely with Customer Service addressing status of Warranty

• Follow procedures to comply with Aerospace Quality System

• Learn and train others as needed

  
  

  Job Requirements

• Proven analytical problem solving skills

• MS or Ph.D in material science or material engineering or Electrical Engineering, and/or Completion of education in Tech School training

• Ability to communicate fluently, both written and verbal, in English

• Ability to work in a matrix environment across multiple departments

• Have solid computer skills, be proficient with MS Word, Excel 

• Able to lift 30 lbs. routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Able to work nights, weekends, holidays to meet business needs
